Thank you for taking the time to consider me as your home inspector. Allow me a brief moment to introduce myself.
My name is Brandon McDonald and for 15+ years I have been in the construction industry. I’ve done everything from remodels, new construction, roofing, flooring, and everything in between. My construction history coupled with my training and knowledge as a professional home inspector helps me to quickly and accurately identify problems and their severity. I’ve also served in the United States Marine Corps and currently for the Kerrville Fire Department as a firefighter/paramedic. So when I tell you that protecting you and your investment is my number one priority, I really do mean it.
Everyone involved, especially the buyers and sellers need to understand and know the condition of the property. Throughout our experiences, we have found it is imperative to communicate and work directly with the client to ensure they understand what is actually inspected and what is not.
